Legacy of the Void - Strategies?

So I am playing the new expansion with the new units. Playing 3v3 with a couple friends.

I find that my timing is completely off. I no longer build well.

This is due to the changes in how the game starts. You have more SCVs and I actually think the game speed is slightly faster.

Now I know Carrier and a few others played a lot better than I did. I want to get back up to speed. So I am hoping you guys are playing the new expansion and have some good tips and tricks to offer?
