I know that with the expansion, enchanting 375 is possible. I haven't leveled a toon's enchanting that high so I'm not sure how to level it that high. As my character levels his Enchanting, however, I will update the guide and will notify you guys in this thread when I do. Until then here's an Excel Spreadsheet showing exactly how to do it.
