Steam has started up their Holiday sale for the 2011 holidays. If you’re not familiar with this sale, it’s where you buy a freakin ton of games and then play them all through the rest of the year… because they’re dirt cheap. You’ll see games for $2, games that are 75% off or better, and more.

Grab your credit card and stock up while the gettin’s good! Deal will be rotating daily so keep an eye out for games you really want. Today there’s games like Fable III for $12, Portal 1 & 2 for $8, Rift for $7, and loads more.

Steam has a deal going on right now where you load your wishlist up with games you are wanting and when you visit Steampowered.com or the store tab on Steam and click the daily deal, you get entered into the daily drawing.

Literally that’s it. This is one of the reasons I love Steam. 10 people a day are randomly selected to win. Just make sure you have something in your wishlist and make sure you click on the daily deal every day to be entered.

As with any other holiday, Steam is offering a big sale on a bunch of games. They’ve got everything from Dead Island to the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. bundle, to F.E.A.R. 3 to Resident Evil 5 (noticing a “halloweeny” theme here…)
